Dell's whole wheat bread

Ingredients
3 C white flour1 C whole wheat flour3 tbs honey1 tsp butter1 tsp salt1 oz yeast1 C 2% Milk
Directions
Heat butter,Milk together until warm. Pour into mixing bowl, add salt, yeast , honey and 2 C white flour and beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add balance of flour by hand, mixing until dough forms. Knead until smooth, rise until doubled. Punch down place in loaf pan and rise again. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
