Ingredients
3 c. all-purpose or bread flour3/4 c. warm water1 package dry active yeast1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Dissolve package of yeast in warm water. Stir together dry ingredients — add olive oil and water/yeast mixture. Stir until just combined. Knead and add more flour as needed, until smooth and taut. Allow to rise in a covered bowl in a warm place for 1 hour. Flatten, top with favorite toppings and back for 15-20 minutes (depending on crust thickness) in a 450 degree oven.

Makes two 10-12 inch pizza crusts.
