I'm making this now. I used 1 lbs. Goya pinto beans, two boneless/skinless breasts. La Casera mild bottled salsa, and 1/2 packet Old El Paso taco seasoning. I'll post later on about how it turns out. Sounds like it should be delicious and quite healthy. - 1/3/09

This was excellent. I had to cook longer in the crockpot as my beans were pretty old, but what a yummy dinner to come home to. It was great with a bit of cheese and a tortilla. Thanks for posting it. - 8/21/08

I will fix this next week since my husband loves chicken so much. I never soak my beans overnight, though, but you do want to check as they cook in the crockpot to make sure it doesn't get low on water. - 8/16/08
