Raspberry Oreo Dessert

Ingredients
3 100 calorie Oreo packs2 tbsp. light margarine, melted3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen1 pkg. instant sugar-free pudding, prepared according to package directions
Directions
Place Oreos in a Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and margarine. Press into the bottom of a small baking pan. Spread raspberries evenly over top. Pour pudding over raspberries. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired. Freeze for 2 hours or until frozen. Makes 8 servings

    I made this with some oreo crumbs I had laying around here (just added enough to the margarine to make the crust, didn't measure how much) and chocolate pudding. It was great! - 7/29/09
