Chicken Gumbo

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked white rice1 tsp olive oil4 ounces chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces2 ounces ham, chopped3/4 cup chicken broth1/2 cup diced canned tomatoes with juice1 carrot, peeled and sliced1 celery stalk, sliced1/2 cup uncooked macaroni1 ounce peeled and deveined medium shrimp, cut into bite-sized pieces1 tsp dried BasilSalt, to taste
Directions
Cook chicken and ham in oil over medium-high heat until chicken loses pink color. Add chicken broth, tomatoes with juice and water. Bring to boil over high heat. Add carrot and celery. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occassionally, for 5 minutes. Add macaroni and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cooked rice, basil and salt.
