Easy Bruchetta

Ingredients
1 hard roll2 large tomato, peeled and sliced2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1/2 cup shredded mozzarella chessecooking spraygarlic salt to taste
Directions
Cut the roll in half and spray with no calorie cooking spray. (You could use butter or margarine if you prefer.) Sprinkle with garlic salt and broil until toasted. (I just put mine in the toaster oven.)

Cover the tomato slices with the balsamic vinegar and let set for a few minutes.

Remove the roll and arrange the tomato slices on each half and top with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese.
