"Bean" & Cheese Quesadillas

Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Carrots, cooked, 1.0 cup slices (remove)Peas, frozen, 1.0 cup (remove)Salsa, .5 cup (remove)1 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp onion powder1 tsp beef bouillion granulesLow fat cream cheese, .25 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded (remove)Flour Tortillas, 12 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1.0 cup (remove)
Make the "refried beans" by adding black beans, carrots, peas, green beans, salsa and cream cheese to food processor. Add cumin powder, chili powder, onion powder and beef bouillon (not the cubed kind). Take one tortilla and spray with nonstick butter flavored spray. Place in skillet on medium/high heat. (Cast iron works best!) Spread with "beans", sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese over beans. Fold unfilled side over the top. After about 1 minute, flip over and brown other side. Place on warming pan until all are finished. Eat with fat free sour cream and salsa.
