I followed the recipe just as it reads and was an easy bread to make. The loaf was large and texture light. My family thought it was wonderful. - 11/7/15

This is a wonderful bread. I LOVED IT!! I followed the recipe as written and it turned out beautifully. I did use bread flour, instead of all purpose. What a beautiful, fluffy loaf of bread!! - 12/13/10

This recipe is very good and moist. I follow the recipe exactly and I always need to add extra flour as the dough is very wet. But that's OK I still give it 5 stars. - 3/19/09
