Hot n' Honeyed Chicken Wings

3 Pounds Chicken Wings1 cup Salsa1 cup Honey1/3 cup Soy Sauce1/4 cup Dijon Mustard3 TBSP Canola Oil2 TBSP Ginger1/2 tsp Grated Orange Peel
Cut off and discard the wing tips of each wing. Place in 13x9 baking dish. Combine Salsa, Honey, Soy Sauce, Mustard, Oil, Ginger and Orange Peel in bowl. Mix well. Pour over chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken wings and sauce in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with additional salsa if desired.
