Homemade Granola

Ingredients
3 1/2 c. Oats2 c. Frosted Mini Shredded Wheat Cereal1/4 c. Slivered or Sliced Almonds1/4 c. Pecan or Walnut Pieces1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds1/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar1/2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/4 c. Vegetable Oil12 Dried Apple Rings1/2 c. dried cranberries1/2 c. golden raisens
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except for the dried fruit in a bowl. Spread out the mixture on nonstick baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer the granola back to the mixing bowl. Stir in the fruit and let the granola cool before you eat it or store it.

6 One Cup Servings.
