Beef/Bean and Turkey Whole Wheat Enchiladas

1 lb ground beef 93% lean1 lb ground turkey 93% lean1 package taco seasoning8 oz block Kraft 2% Cheddar Cheese, grated20 oz can Enchilada Sauce12 whole wheat Mission tortillas12 flour tortillas14 oz can refried beans
Brown hamburger and turkey in separate skillets. Add 1/2 package of taco seasoning and recommended amount of water to each pan and cook as recommended on package. Add refried beans to seasoned hamburger. Fill wheat tortillas with about one sixth of the 1lb of beef/bean mixture. Fill flour tortillas with about one sixth of the 1lb of turkery mixture. Roll and place tightly together in 13 x 9 pan. Repeat with each skillet, preparing 12 of each flavor. Cover with enchilada sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 enchiladas, serving size is one enchilada, for a total of 24 servings.
