Vegetable & Tofu stir fry

Ingredients
NaSoya Organic firm tofuKraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing & marinade, 2 tbsp 2 TBS sesame oilBroccoliCarrots strips or slices Onion, chopped or slicedMushrooms,pieces or slices (remove)Jalapeno Peppers,or chili pepperGarlic, 2 cloves red cabbage, shreddedRed bell pepper, sliced or chopped)
Directions
Cube tofu, pour Asian Toasted Sesame dressing over tofu and toss to coat. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
Cut up vegetables into desired bite size pieces.
Stir fry tofu in 1 TBS Sesame oil. When browned, remove from wok or skillet and set aside.
Add the last 1 TBS oil and vegetables and stir fry until desired done ness.

Add tofu and mix with vegetables. Serve hot over rice IF DESIRED.

    I have made tofu many times before, but this really had great texture and flavor. I used a sesame-ginger marinade that I had and changed some of the veggies. I made HUGH portions. Boy am I full. - 2/11/09

    I refrigerated it overnight. for veggies I used 2 Green Giant healthy weight 7oz steamers thawed the onions garlic and mushrooms very tasty. I will make it again - 4/2/16

    Loved this recipe! My husband had NO idea he aate tofu! The Asian sesame dressing (to which I added 1 TBS sesame ginger dressing, 2 TBS of tahini and 1 TBS of hoisin sauce) gave the tofu a delicious flavor! Used the veggies I had on hand (onion, broccoli, red and yellow pepper, mushrooms). DELISH - 6/4/13

    My first Tofu dish to serve the family. One of my teens didn't even know it was tofu (although she did comment on the meat not being as flavorful). She thought it still tasted pretty good.
