Vegetable & Tofu stir fry

NaSoya Organic firm tofuKraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing & marinade, 2 tbsp 2 TBS sesame oilBroccoliCarrots strips or slices Onion, chopped or slicedMushrooms,pieces or slices (remove)Jalapeno Peppers,or chili pepperGarlic, 2 cloves red cabbage, shreddedRed bell pepper, sliced or chopped)
Cube tofu, pour Asian Toasted Sesame dressing over tofu and toss to coat. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
Cut up vegetables into desired bite size pieces.
Stir fry tofu in 1 TBS Sesame oil. When browned, remove from wok or skillet and set aside.
Add the last 1 TBS oil and vegetables and stir fry until desired done ness.
Add tofu and mix with vegetables. Serve hot over rice IF DESIRED.

Loved this recipe! My husband had NO idea he aate tofu! The Asian sesame dressing (to which I added 1 TBS sesame ginger dressing, 2 TBS of tahini and 1 TBS of hoisin sauce) gave the tofu a delicious flavor! Used the veggies I had on hand (onion, broccoli, red and yellow pepper, mushrooms). DELISH - 6/4/13

My first Tofu dish to serve the family. One of my teens didn't even know it was tofu (although she did comment on the meat not being as flavorful). She thought it still tasted pretty good. The color in this dish makes it even more appealing! I used more peppers and forgot my mushrooms altogether. - 10/31/10
