Skillet Ravioli Pizza

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water1 (24 ounce) pkg frozen small round ravioli1 tbsp olive oil1 3/4 cups marinara sauce1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese5 ounce pepperoni slices
Directions
Prep and Cook: 25 minutes

Combine water, ravioli and olive oil in large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil.
Remove lid when boiling; reduce to medium-high. Cook 5-6 minutes; stirring often to avoid sticking or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir marinara sauce into ravioli; reduce to low. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly or until pasta is hot and tender.
Spread raviloi evenly into single layer. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange pepperoni slices over top. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
