1 can garbanzo beans, drained2-3 cloves garlicJuice of 1 lemon3 Tbs tahini1/4 cup liquid (water,vegetable juice, olive oil, etc)1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cuminFor variation add 1cup of any of the following:OlivesSpinachCarrotArtichoke heartsRoasted PeppersFresh HerbsSun Dried TomatoesKale
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until thick and creamy. Use as a dip for Veggies or a spread for crackers and breads.
