Crock Pot Steak Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Flour1 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 tsp. Paprika2 lb Beef Round Steak2 cans (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Water1oz. pkg. Onion Mushroom Soup Mix (Dry Mix)9oz. jar Sliced Mushrooms1 cup Lite Sour Cream
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine flour, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.

Trim excess fat from beef; cut meat into 1-1/2" x 1" strips. Place in flour mixture and toss meat until well coated. Add mushroom soup, water and dry soup mix. Stir until blended.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3-1/2 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until meat is very tender.

Stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Immediately cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.

Excellent served over egg noodles or rice.
