Ingredients
Pork - chopped into bite size peicesTomato- 2 cups choppedJalapeno - 2 peppers dicedOnion- I cup dicesGarlic- i tbsp mincedCilanto - dried or fresh (fresh is better)Salt - to taste
Directions
Saute pork in a small amout of cooking oil over a medium heat, until well cooked. Place all other ingredients in pan with pork. Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of water in pan. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve with Mexican rice or beans.
