DZ's Zesty Peach Salsa Pork Chops

Ingredients
1lb thin pork chop loins2 finely chopped large peaches2 finely chopped Roma tomatoes1/2 cup diced red onion1 - 2 tbsp fresh or jarred jalapenos (add 2 for hot salsa)3 tbsp lime juice1/4 cup fresh cilantro1 3/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp parsley1/ 2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- In a bowl, combine peaches, tomatoes, red onion and jalapenos. Pour lime juice over top. Add cilantro, 1/4 tsp pepper. Stir & refrigerate.
- Remove all visible fat from pork. Combine seasonings in a bowl and lightly coat each side of pork with seasonings. Using high heat place pork on grill pan, cooking for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until there is no pink left.
-To serve, put 1/4 cup salsa on plate, put pa pork chop over salsa, then top with 1/4 cup salsa
