Pam's Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 c. celery1 c. carrots1 med onion5 2/3 cup water2 can condensed cream of chix soup1 box long grain & wild rice
Directions
Add rice to boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook till tender. Add cream of chicken soup and stir until melted. Serve hot
