Polynesian Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice4 chicken breasts1 tsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. vegetable oil1 medium onion, chopped1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup20 oz. can pineapple chunks1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1/4 cup water3 tbsp. soy sauce1 tbsp. honeySliced green onions
Directions
1. Cook rice as directed on package.

2. Meanwhile, season chicken with garlic. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook until browned.

3. Add onion, soup, pineapple, mushrooms, water, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil.

4. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

5. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions. Serves 4.
