Ground Turkey and Cabbage Dinner

Ingredients
Onion, Cabbage, Ground Turkey breast, tomato soup, water, brown rice
Directions
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown chopped onion. Add Turkey and cook completely. Add tomato soup and chopped cabbage. Stir well. Add brown rice, stir well, and cover. Cook on low for 25 minutes. Season with salt or pepper as desired.

    This recipe lacked flavor, so I added herbs - chopped garlic cloves, and dried marjoram, summer savory, and thyme. They did not add adequate flavor so I added Soy Sauce. Part of the problem may have been that the cabbage was not flavorful, either. I cooked my brown rice in chicken bouillon. - 4/18/17
