Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

1 1/4 c. quick cooking oats1 c. all purpose flour1/4 c. Splenda for baking1/3 c. Brown sugar splenda 1 TBSP Baking Powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. skim milk2 egg whites1/3 c. applesauce, unsweetened1 1/2 c. blueberries, rinsed and drained1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine oats, flour, splenda's, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk, egg whites and applesauce; Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spray muffin tin with vegetable oil spray. Fill sprayed muffin openings until 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until top browned. Makes 12 muffins

I have not made the recipe. But 12 muffins cannot equal 15 servings. Please make correction. - 8/6/08
