Ingredients
1 small tub greek style yogurt OR plain yogurt strained for at least 4 hours1 garlic clove, minced2-3 sprigs fresh mint, chopped1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1 small cucumber (50g) or half regular cucumber, grated
Directions
Combine all ingredients. This gets better the longer the herbs have to meld with the yogurt.
