Trish's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1C TVP(Reconstituted with .75c hot water)1 pounds ground turkey(93%)1 C oatmeal2 medium eggs1 onion, finely chopped8 oz can tomato sauce2 c spinach( frozen, thawed)*addition1c bull's eye barbeque sauce(added to NI and does not change the point value)
Directions
Get a large bowl out from the cupboard. Put the TVP, turkey, oatmeal, eggs, onion, tomato sauce, and spinach into the bowl. Use your hands to mix and mash everything together. Continue until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed. Press this mixture into a 13x9-inch pan. Pack it tightly, by pounding on the surface a little with your hands, and smoothing it down so it's pretty on top. Bake at 400 ° for at least half an hour. Por barbeque sauce over top and return to oven for about another 10 minutes. Remove the meatloaf from the oven. Let it rest for a few minutes to firm up. Drain off the fat if desired. Serves 12 substantially.
