Helen's Apple Strudel

3 cups flour4 Tbsp. Sugar, dividedDash Salt2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter, unsalted3 eggs1 tbsp. vinegar
1. Combine flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt, 2 sticks butter, 3 eggs and vinegar.
2. Separate dough into four pieces and refrigerate until firm.
3. Peel and cut 6 apples into thin slices.
4. Roll out chilled dough very thin and cover with approx. 1/4 of the apples. Repeat for all four pieces of dough.
5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. sugar on each rolled out piece of dough.
6. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. cinnamon on each rolled out piece of dough.
7. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. bread crumbs on each rolled out piece of dough.
8. Add 3-4 pats of butter on top of bread crumbs.
9. Roll jelly roll style.
10. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes.
Makes four rolls, approx. 32 servings.
