Roasted Asaparagus

Ingredients
8 oz. fresh asparagus 1 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F

Snap asparagus stems and discard

Rinse asaparagus. Place on a jelly roll pan, leaving some space between spears.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Roast in oven for 10 minutes. (Time will vary depending upon thickness of asaparagus; monitor for a bit of wrinkling and darkening.)
