Jamaican-style Jerk Pork

2 tsp Allspice 0.50 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Thyme, ground 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1.50 fl oz Lime Juice 4 cloves Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 2.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 tsp Salt 24 oz Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted
Place all ingredients except the pork chops in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Place pork in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chops, seal and massage to completely spread the marinade over the chops. Let marinate for at least 4 hours.
Grill medium hot until browned on both sides and cooked through turning to prevent burning.
Makes 12 servings of appx 4 ounces each.
