Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 c. lettuce, shredded1/2 chicken breast, grilled1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. salsa
Directions
Shred lettuce in serving bowl. Slice chicken on top of lettuce. Top with salsa and cheese.

Makes one serving.

(To add some crunch, crumble 4 or 5 tortilla chips into salad. This adds about 40-50 more calories.)
