Chicken curry in a hurry

Ingredients
2 tsp vegetable oil12 oz boneless chicken thighs, cut in chunks1 tb curry powder1/2 large onions3 tsp fresh ginger root2 cloves garlic1 tb flour1 cup chicken broth
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and saute onion, ginger, and garlic until soft. Add curry powder, then chicken, and saute until it loses its pink color. Add flour and cook for 1-2 min. Add chicken broth and cook 5-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice or couscous.
Makes approximately 3 1.5 cup servings
