Reduced Calorie Chocolate Syrup Cake

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup chocolate syrup1/2 cup Splenda sugar blend1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 stick light parkay margarine4 eggs1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanillaIcing:1/2 stick Parkay light margarine1/3 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup splenda sugar blend1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Makes 24 2 inch pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased & floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes. For the icing, mix margarine, milk and splenda blend in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a full boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
Allow to cool before eating.
