Taco Salad

1 lb. extra lean (93 or 96 %) ground beef1 pkg. low sodium taco seasoning mixdoritos or tortilla chips (I use baked chips)12 cups shredded lettuce2 large tomatoes, chopped2 cans kidney beans1 lg. can sliced black olives2 cups shredded cheese2 green sweet peppers, chopped8 oz. Kraft Free catalina dressing
Brown ground beef, drain excess fat. Return to pan and add taco seasoning mx and water according to pkg. directions. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Layer lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beas, olives, shredded cheese, and green peppers in large bowl. Add seasoned beef to bowl. Pour 8 oz. bottle of catalina dressing on top and toss well. Toss all ingredients. Tortilla chips can be added or served to the side. Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa, hot sauces, etc. Additional items such as diced onions can be added as desired.
