Roasted Pork w/ Parmesan Fries

1 1/2 lb boneless pork loin, whole3 large potatoes cut into wedges1/2 cup grated parmesan2 large egg whites1 tsp. garlic salt, divided3 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette dressing2 tbsp. honey
Preheat oven to 425*. Combine egg white parm, and 3/4 tsp garlic salt, stir until blended. Place potatoes into a large ziplock bag along with egg/parm mixtures, toss to coat. Spread onto large greased baking sheet.
Bake 15 mins. Place meat on same baking sheet and sprinkle with remaining garlic salt. Bake an additional 20 mins. Meanwhile, combine dressing and honey.
Brush meat with dressing mixture. Continue baking 10-15 mins or until meat is cooked through and potatoes are tender, brushing meat occasionally with any remaining dressing mixture.
Slice pork into 6 pieces.
