Ingredients
1 lb. Jenie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup. Shredded 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/2 a medium scallionGarlic Powder (to taste)Red pepper flakes (to taste)Chili Powder (to taste)Minced Onion flakes (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Separate into 4 patties.
Cook on a small grill (Foreman type) for 8 mins or on big grill for 12-15 mins.
