High Protein Pancake

6 egg whites2-3 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup 1-min oatmeal6 tsp splenda granulated sweetener
Serving Size: 1 pan size, or 2-3 pancake size
Add all ingredients into a blender and liquefy. Pour mixture into a 10" fry pan coated with a cooking spray. Cook on one side (until you are able to make the pancake slide freely) and turn over. Pancake will rise slightly. Remove and serve hot or place into sealed container and eat at room temperature.
