Spinach Apple Salad

Ingredients
2T cider vinegar2T vegetable oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 c. sugar/splenda1 cup diced unpeeled apples1/4 c. sweet onion1/4 c. raisins2 c. torn fresh spinach2 c. torn romaine lettuce
Directions
Mix vinegar, oil, splenda. Add apple, raisins, and onion. Cover and let stand for 10 min. Spoon over lettuce mixture. Oh so good!
