Ceviche Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. (16 oz.) cooked sea bass filet, cut in 1/2 inch cubesJuice of 3 limes1 medium red onion, thinly sliced4 tomatoes, diced1 green pepper, seeded and chopped4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Cook sea bass filets to taste.
Put cooked fish in ceramic or glass bowl and combine with lime juice
Add remaining ingredients and stir carefully
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, serve cold.
