Ingredients
2.5C whole wheat flour0.5C cocoa powder1.5tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1tsp cinnamon1.5C splenda3 large eggs1C unsweetened applesauce2tsp vanilla2C packed grated zucchini0.5C semi sweet mini Chocolate chips
Directions
Bake @ 350 for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. In another bowl wisk wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until moistened. Fold in chips. Pour into loaf pans.
