HJ Potato Salad

Ingredients
9 c. diced potatoes1/2 c. light mayo1.5 T dijon mustard1 tsp garlic1 T parsley1/2 T onion powder2 T pimientos1/ 2c. diced celerySalt to taste1.5 hard boiled eggsPaprika
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender, approx. 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients except eggs and paprika. Slice eggs and arrange on top, then sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm or chilled.
