Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach2 medium stalks celery1 cored applea fistful of fresh parsley1/2 lemon squeezed1 inch of raw ginger3 inches of cucumber with skin1/2 orange juice
Directions
pour orange juice and squeezed lemon into blender
add a little at a time while blender is on low, all the other ingredients chopped
if the drink is too dense, add a little more juice to your taste
