2-1/2 c whole wheat flour8 oz part skim milk mozzarella cheese1 c very warm water1 pkge baker's yeast1-1/2 c tomato sauce1 c chopped green or other peppers1 c chopped onions1 tsp salt1 tb olive oil1 tb olive oil for veggies4 tb olive oil for pannonstick cooking spray
add baker's yeast to warm water, stir well and leave sit for about 10 minutes until foamy; then add olive oil and mix in flour and salt; knead the dough until well mixed in; leave covered with a towel or at least out of draft for about one hour until it rises; saute chopped veggies in nonstick pan with a little olive oil; fit dough in oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet; add sauce and cheese on top and then add chopped veggies; preheat oven to 375 degrees, and bake pizza for about 20-30 minutes or until done.
