Ingredients
1 LB Turkey, ground, 93% lean1 large egg1 cup of bread crumbs1/4 onion, chopped3 tblsp, ketchuppepper, dash
Directions
First heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except 2 tblsp of ketchup. Save to put on top of patties. Baked in oven until no longer pink. Serve with potatoes, salad. your choice of vegetables.
