Combine all ingredients together with a little salt & pepper to taste. This dressing is really fantastic. It was given to me by a friend; I think she got it out of a magazine, but I'm not sure which one. It's too good not to share. And it keeps really well in the fridge. I make in big batches and save in a shaker. If you make a bigger batch, you can cut down on the sugar (I do - even cut by half it tastes great) or use a sugar substitute.
