Peanut Butter Oatmeal Powerballs

1 cup chunky peanut butter1 cup honey3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Using a stand or handheld mixer, blend peanut butter and honey well. Add oats and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well, by hand if necessary. Use a small cookie scoop and make golf ball size balls, rolling between hands and place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Can be eaten immediately, or refrigerate, layering between sheets of wax paper. Makes approx. 36 balls.
