Quick Turkey Salad Wrap

Ingredients
1-2 C. Turkey Breast1/2 small Onion 3 Stalks Celery 3 TBSP. Light Salad Dressing1 Whole Wheat Torilla3 Slices Tomato1 Leaf Romaine (optional)
Directions
This works best with a food processor - if not, you will have to chop the turkey, onion, and celery up. This will make more than just one serving - store the rest for future use. It is also somewhat dry because there is not much mayo - I made it wetter by adding the tomato slices to my wrap.

Place turkey, onion, celery and Salad dressing into food processor. Grind and mix until desired concistancy.

Place lettuce, tomatoe, and 1/2 cup of Turkey salad mix onto Whole Wheat torilla. Wrap up and enjoy.
