16 ounces whole wheat pasta4 plum tomatoes, diced2 cucumbers with peel, cubed1 cup carrots, julienned or sliced thin1-8 ounce bottle fat-free Italian dressing4 tsp. McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
Cook pasta per package directions. Rinse with cold water, draining well. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Serve warm or cold. If serving cold, lightly toss again before serving. Makes 16 (one cup) servings.
