Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Margarine/Butter (Softened)1 Egg1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/2 Teaspoon Salt4 Cups Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. In large mixing bowl cream together softened margarine/butter and sugar. Mix in the egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until mixed well. Spread some flour out thinly on counter top or table, place dough in middle of flour and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out cookies, roll up scraps and repeat until all the dough is used. Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes until bottom of cookies start to turn golden. Makes about 58 cookies.
