corn pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup of margarine4 cups of corn (frozen or fresh)1 cup onion, chopped4 eggs1 cup skim milk1/2 cup of cornmeal1 cup feta cheese3 T fresh basil1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Saute onion in margarine for 3-4 minutes or until onion is soft. Let cool slightly. Mix milk, eggs, feta cheese, cornmeal, basil, salt and pepper. Add to onion/corn mixture. Mix well and pour into a 3 quart casserole.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375.
