Mom's Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Mix together:1c. flour1c. Splenda blend (can use all sugar)1 tsp. baking powderAdd to dry ingredients:1 egg, beatenMix thoroughly - mixture will be both dry and doughy in spots.Slice apples and place in bottom of pie pan or 8 x 8 pan. Cover with above mixture. Drizzle with 1/2 stick of oleo, leaving some places dry - the oleo should not cover the whole topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes - you can test with toothpick.
