Cornbread - Dairy Milk Free

Ingredients
1 c. cornmeal1 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. sucralose (splenda)1/2 t. salt3 t. baking powder1 c. soy milk1 egg1/4 c. melted soy butter
Directions
Mix in a bowl: cornmeal, flour, splenda, salt & baking powder, wisk together to blend all the ingredients well. In a separate bowl whisk soy milk & egg. Add to dry ingredients. Add melted soy butter.
Mix well. Place in greased glass pie plate; bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 min.

Check bread to make sure it is cooked all the way, because you are using whole wheat flour it can take a little longer to bake thoroughly.
