crock pot cabbage rolls

Ingredients
12 large cabbage leaves1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 cup cooked brown rice1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp thyme1 can tomato soup1/2 cup water
Directions
Rinse cabbage. Boil in water to cover cabbage about 5-10 minutes. Carefully peal off whole leaves. set aside to cool. Combine ground turkey; rice,salt, pepper, thyme. Place 2 tablespoons meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and tuck in sides and roll firmly. Stack in crock pot. Combine tomato soup and water; pour over stuffed cabbage. cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

    pretty good. i have never had cabbage rolls before, so this is my first experience. i like that it has a ton of protein and is relatively low on carbohydrates and fat! thanks for sharing! - 3/30/10
