carrot cake muffin mix [Martha white]1/2 c low fat milk1 cup zucchini1/4 c raisin1/4 c walnuts
Directions
heat oven on 425 , spray with cooking spray,
mix 1 pack of carrot cake muffin mix' and add 1 cup shredded zucchini, A kids size box of raisin, hand full of crushed walnuts 1/2 cup of low fat milk.
make 24
Freeze the rest for breakfast or snack
